Native shell for long-running support desks. Same login and shared inbox as the web app.
Current release: iMessage SNS (synced with /downloads/). Installed clients auto-check updates; use Check for updates in the menu or tray. Workspace UI loads from the server—Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R refreshes the web UI inside the shell.
